About Us

ESI Corporation is a statutory body under the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India. It administers the ESI Scheme in India.

In West Bengal, the ESI Scheme was first implemented on 14.08.1955 in Kolkata. As on date, out of 23 districts in West Bengal, ESI Scheme is fully implemented in 16 districts and partially implemented in 2 districts (Coochbehar, Darjeeling). The non-implemented districts in West Bengal include Purulia, North Dinajpur, South Dinajpur, Alipurduar and Kalimpong.

In Sikkim, the ESI Scheme was first implemented on 01.12.2012 in East Sikkim. Later, East Sikkim and South Sikkim became fully implemented districts in the State of Sikkim and West Sikkim & North Sikkim remaining non-implemented districts till date.

You are being directed to CPGRAM website. You would be asked to Register with CPGRAM if not already registered. Registered users can login directly using their CPGRAM user ID and password.

  • 1. Login into CPGRAM
  • 2. In section "Grievance Detail" select "Others/Not Listed/Not Known"
  • 3. In the "Ministry/Department" Drop Down Select ESIC
  • 4. In "Subordinate Department/Office" select the Regional Office
  • 5. Provide details of the complaint
